Jakarta 2050 is the second short film I created for my Master's, tackling the urgent issue of Jakarta’s sinking crisis. Through an abstract narrative style, the film explores the deep impacts of this environmental threat on various aspects of life for Jakarta’s residents.
This project was a significant technical challenge due to a rapid production timeline, requiring focused art direction and adaptability. Despite these constraints, the final piece successfully captures the urgency of the issue and brings attention to the environmental risks facing Jakarta.
